WONDERFUL! PALESTINE PAROCHET JUDAICA LIONS TORAH SHOA
WONDERFUL! PALESTINE PAROCHET JUDAICA LIONS TORAH SHOA
This is a very colorful and really nice paroches which was donated to a local Synagogue in the town of Be'er yaakov in Israel some time after the year 1943. There are some very nice embroidered designes which were all made by hand. There's the Lions of Judah which uphold the crown of the Torah and the 10 commandments. The lions stand on a wreath of flowers. The bottom wording is the dedication and the earliest date that we can attribute this Parochet is 1943, during the height of the Holocaust.
Measurements: 46 (width) x 72 (L).
